You should chose definite time (for example, 11 pm) and every evening prepare to sleep at the hour stated.

Besides, before sleeping it is worth doing something simple that doesn't demand intellectual or physical activity: pack a backpack, fold clothes which you put on tomorrow, clean teeth, prepare a bed). And constantly perform a similar ritual at the same time before sleeping, during it the organism begins to prepare for sleeping!
